William A. Higgins

William A. Higgins was born October 5, 1968 and passed on August 11, 2020.  He was predeceased by his beloved mother Mary.  Billy was a lover of all animals but especially his cats whom were like family.  Billy was a kind and caring friend to all.  To those in his life long neighborhood of Ridgewood, Queens, Billy was well known and well liked.  He was a loving godfather to both Elizabeth Egan and Alexandra Breitenbach.  Billy was a proud graduate of Cathedral Prep, he received a Bachelors Degree from St. John's University and his Masters degree from Baruch College.  Billy will be sorely missed by all those who knew him.  May his soul rest in peace.
