With deep love and sadness, we announce the passing of Mercedes Lopez, born on October 9, 1939, in Cotuí, Dominican Republic.
Mercedes was a devoted mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to her family. She is lovingly remembered by her three children, Josefina, Teresa, and Enrique; her beloved grandson, Eli Alexander; and extended family Girish and Ebru.
She will be remembered for her love, strength, and welcoming everyone with open arms in her house. Her memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
Mercedes will be laid to rest in the Dominican Republic.
