With profound love and sorrow, the family of Felicita Bermudez announces her passing on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on September 13, 1935, in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, to Teresa Santiago and Rafael Burgos Rivera, Felicita later made New York City her home, where she married Domingo Bermudez and raised her three sons Kenneth, Rodney and Jeffrey. A woman of boundless energy, she loved staying active, whether playing tennis, riding her bike, or simply enjoying long days in motion. She will be remembered for her resilience, her love, and her sense of humor.

Felicita was the steady anchor of her family, a woman whose spirit was unshakable and love unconditional. She leaves behind her three children, along with 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, who will forever carry her memory. More than anything, her life was defined by family, the proudest and most enduring reflection of her love and devotion.
