It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful sister and Brandon’s mother, Liz. She passed away peacefully Friday, July 10th, surrounded by her family and those who loved her.

Liz was a wonderful daughter, sister, cousin, and unwavering friend, but motherhood was her greatest achievement. Yet there was so much more to her.

She brought raw honesty, kindness, and joy to all who knew her; her love and generosity touched countless lives. Her passion for charity work reflected her generous spirit and her deep compassion for the world around her and those less fortunate. This was often at great financial, physical, and emotional expense. Her devotion was unconditional, her patience boundless, and her faith in the goodness of others uncompromising, at times sacrificial.

She faced life’s challenges with humility, quiet strength, and unshakable faith. She had a remarkable way of finding light even in the darkest moments, including throughout her battle with this wretched disease. She fought for years without complaint, always accepting God’s will with grace and courage.

Though we will miss her dearly, we are deeply grateful for the precious moments we shared and the love she gave so freely.

We are also grateful for the love, support, and prayers we have already received during this challenging time.

Her memory will forever remain in our hearts, and we ask that you keep Brandon and our family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
